Sr. Billing Coordinator
A top-tier international law firm is seeking a Senior Billing Coordinator to manage billing operations for a portfolio of high-revenue clients and attorneys. This role involves preparing invoices with complex billing terms, maintaining compliance with client guidelines, resolving e-billing issues, and supporting collections efforts.

Description
Oversee billing processes and ensure timely, accurate invoice submission
Monitor unbilled and billed inventory, recommend write-offs when appropriate
Liaise with partners, clients, and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies
Ensure compliance with outside counsel guidelines and alternative fee arrangements
Respond to reporting and accrual requests from clients and lawyers
Assist with cash applications and documentation of billing procedures
Profile
Bachelor's degree preferred
5+ years of billing experience in a professional services environment
Proficiency in billing systems (Elite, Aderant) and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
Strong communication and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and adjust to meet deadlines, including occasional after-hours work
