Superintendent - Ground-Up Commercial
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee high-profile ground-up and renovation commercial projects throughout South Florida. This is an opportunity to join a leading general contractor known for delivering multimillion-dollar projects on time and to the highest standards

Their leadership is hands-on, collaborative, and committed to both quality builds and long-term employee growth.
Description
Lead day-to-day field operations on job sites, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with plans/specs.
Coordinate subcontractors, labor, and materials to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
Conduct daily jobsite meetings and maintain communication between stakeholders, including project managers, owners, and design teams.
Enforce quality control and safety standards across all job phases.
Manage inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities.
Profile
10+ years of Superintendent experience with a GC on ground-up and/or major renovation projects valued at $10M+.
Proven background managing K-12, healthcare, stadiums, parking garages, or similar complex commercial work.
Deep understanding of scheduling, site logistics, and sequencing in fast-paced environments.
Strong leadership and communication skills - able to manage field teams and coordinate with office staff effectively.
OSHA 30 certified; bilingual English/Spanish
