Superintendent - Ground-Up Commercial

Description

• Lead day-to-day field operations on job sites, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with plans/specs.

• Coordinate subcontractors, labor, and materials to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

• Conduct daily jobsite meetings and maintain communication between stakeholders, including project managers, owners, and design teams.

• Enforce quality control and safety standards across all job phases.

• Manage inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities.

Profile

• 10+ years of Superintendent experience with a GC on ground-up and/or major renovation projects valued at $10M+.

• Proven background managing K-12, healthcare, stadiums, parking garages, or similar complex commercial work.

• Deep understanding of scheduling, site logistics, and sequencing in fast-paced environments.

• Strong leadership and communication skills - able to manage field teams and coordinate with office staff effectively.

• OSHA 30 certified; bilingual English/Spanish
