Description

Reporting directly into the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Lead and supervise 2nd shift production team to meet daily and long-term manufacturing goals.
• Monitor ERP system, production schedules and workflows to ensure on-time delivery.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Oversee quality control processes to maintain product excellence.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance productivity and skill development.
• Maintain accurate records of production metrics and report progress to management.

Profile

A successful Manufacturing Supervisor should have:

• A strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production management.
• Proven leadership abilities with experience managing teams in a manufacturing setting.
• At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting with 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards within the manufacturing industry.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
