Superintendent

The Construction Superintendent will lead on-site operations for Commercial and Residential construction projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with a deep understanding of construction methods and a passion for delivering top-notch results. Project locations will be in Hauppague and across Nassau and Suffolk Counties.

• Oversee and manage daily on-site construction activities for assigned projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and trades to ensure efficient workflows.
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety protocols.
• Conduct routine inspections to monitor progress and quality standards.
• Resolve on-site challenges and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Maintain detailed documentation, including daily logs and progress reports.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment on-site.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar role.
• Proven experience managing both Commercial and Residential construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams effectively.
• Experience working with General Contractors on Long Island projects.
• Familiarity with local building codes and permitting processes.
