Almost all of their work is negotiated and most of their business stems from repeat clients or referrals as they hold the highest of standards in how they run their projects.
Description
The Construction Multi-Family Project Manager will take leadership in developing the company's growth across various markets. This will include working with pre-construction, managing subcontractors, and working with new and existing clients to cultivate strong working relationships. Multi-Family experience is ideal for this role but not a must.
This Construction Multi-Family Project Manager position will play a key part in developing a structure to support the recruitment of future project engineers/project managers and establish a firm project management department for the company.
Profile
Successful Multi-Family Project Manager
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
- Experience in Multifamily, Mixed-Use, or Commercial construction preferred
- Ground-up construction experience required* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- OSHA Certified
- Experience working on projects valued at $10M or more
