The Manufacturing Engineer role focuses on the support of new and redesigned products by trying to enhance the efficiency of processes, tooling and equipment to reduce costs. As the Manufacturing Specialist you will all work on capital projects and troubleshoot production issues all while collaborating across a variety of teams to ensure smooth integration.

Description

  • Manage capital equipment projects from justification through installation.
  • Troubleshoot production issues related to tools, equipment and efficiency.

Profile

We're seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with a technical foundation and a track record of success in complex manufacturing environments, particularly in the electrical or related sectors. This role calls for someone who can think critically to enhance processes, streamline operations, and drive quality improvements. You should be comfortable digging into equipment or production issues, identifying root causes, and implementing practical solutions.

  • Strong engineering background with experience in manufacturing within electrical components or related fields.
  • Skilled in lean manufacturing principles and improving methodologies.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting tooling, equipment and process issues.
  • Organized person who is able to work on many projects at once.
