Manufacturing Specialist

The Manufacturing Specialist role focuses on the support of new and redesigned products by trying to enhance the efficiency of processes, tooling and equipment to reduce costs. As the Manufacturing Specialist you will all work on capital projects and troubleshoot production issues all while collaborating across a variety of teams to ensure smooth integration.

Description

• Collaborate across teams to ensure product designs support manfacturability.
• Manage capital equipment projects from justification through installation.
• Troubleshoot production issues related to tools, equipment and efficiency.

Profile

As the Manufacturing Specialist you should have:

• Strong engineering background with experience in manufacturing within electrical components or related fields.
• Skilled in lean manufacturing principles and improving methodologies.
• Proficient in troubleshooting tooling, equipment and process issues.
• Organized person who is able to work on many projects at once.
