Description

Project Manager - Ground Up / Industrial - Westford, MA - Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and close-out of the Anaerobic Digester project, ensuring alignment with client goals and timelines.
• Represent Vanguard in an OPM capacity, acting as the client's trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless communication and timely delivery of all project phases.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources, managing any changes or risks that arise.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control measures, and environmental regulations.
• Lead the review and management of contracts and project documentation.
• Regularly update senior management and clients on project status, challenges, and solutions.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, including an Associate Manager.

Profile

Project Manager - Ground Up / Industrial - Westford, MA - Will have

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in construction or engineering, with a focus on large-scale, ground-up projects.
• Proven experience managing projects valued at $50M or more, ideally in industrial or renewable energy sectors.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, project management methodologies, and safety protocols.
• Familiarity with construction management software; Procore experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Must be located within commuting distance of Westford, MA.
