Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily - Boston, MA
Our client is seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join their team and contribute to the success of an exciting new development project. The role will support two parts of a new construction project consisting of 170 total units: a 60-unit, 5-story podium style affordable housing building and a 10-story, 110-unit condo development on top of a concrete parking garage.

Description
Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily - Boston, MA - Responsibilities
- Assist in managing all aspects of construction projects from inception through completion.
- Coordinate with team members, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure that project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Review and track project documentation including contracts, change orders, and daily reports.
- Monitor project progress, perform site visits, and ensure safety regulations and protocols are followed.
- Provide support in managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
- Ensure timely communication with all stakeholders and help resolve issues as they arise.
