Description

• Oversee commercial construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers.
• Lead on-site teams and ensure quality control, safety, and compliance with regulations.
• Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to foster client relationships.
