Description
- Oversee commercial construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers.
- Lead on-site teams and ensure quality control, safety, and compliance with regulations.
- Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track.
Profile
- 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to foster client relationships.
