Description
- Manage on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project timelines and budgets.
- Oversee and resolve any on-site issues or conflicts to keep projects running smoothly.
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status.
- Ensure proper implementation of construction plans and specifications.
- Conduct site inspections to verify adherence to safety protocols and quality guidelines.
- Train and mentor on-site team members to optimize performance and productivity.
- Collaborate with the construction department to improve processes and project outcomes.
Profile
- Proven experience in construction management within the property industry.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and construction best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
