Description

• Build and scale a structured visual storytelling system to support global marketing and sales efforts
• Translate complex technical and engineering concepts into clear visuals, diagrams, and multimedia content
• Develop frameworks to communicate 'how it works,' 'why it's better,' and 'why it matters' across products and solutions
• Lead the creation of video content including explainers, product overviews, and customer use cases
• Support high-impact initiatives including sales presentations, executive communications, and global campaigns
• Partner with technical, marketing, and commercial teams to ensure accuracy and clarity of messaging
• Create scalable visual assets that can be leveraged across multiple regions, products, and audiences
• Continuously refine storytelling approaches to improve engagement and understanding

Profile

A successful Visual & Multimedia Storytelling Lead should have:

• Strong background in visual storytelling, information design, or technical content creation
• Ability to simplify and communicate complex engineering or technical concepts clearly
• Experience creating structured, system-based visual content (not just individual design assets)
• Exposure to industrial, engineering, or technical environments preferred
• Experience with video, motion design, or multimedia storytelling
• Familiarity with modern creative and AI tools (e.g., generative design, video tools) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail with a balance of creativity and structured thinking
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, build-stage environment
