High Rise Senior Project Manager
As a Senior Project Manager, you will take full ownership of a high-rise project from preconstruction through closeout, leading project teams and maintaining direct client relationships.

The company has a strong backlog, excellent financial stability, and a reputation for promoting from within.
Description
- Oversee all phases of high-rise construction (ground-up)
- Lead and mentor Project Managers, APMs, and Project Engineers
- Manage budgets, GMPs, cost controls, and financial reporting
- Maintain schedule performance and drive milestone achievement
- Interface directly with ownership, architects, consultants, and city officials
- Oversee subcontractor negotiations and procurement strategy
- Ensure quality control and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle
Profile
- Proven experience delivering ground-up high-rise projects (10+ stories preferred)
- Strong knowledge of concrete structures and vertical construction sequencing
- Experience managing projects $100M+
- Ability to lead large project teams and maintain client-facing presence
- Construction Management or Engineering degree preferred
Job Offer
- $180,000-230,000 base salary
