- Hybrid Flex: Office (Providence), on-site (Boston-area), remote (WFH)
- Negotiable performance-based bonus structure

Full-service Commercial General Contractor, based in Rhode Island, is looking for a Project Manager to join their team!
Specializing in both Public & Private projects in RI & Boston - including Higher Education, Healthcare, Fitness, Banking, Corporate, Civic, Aviation, Historic preservation, Affordable Housing, and MBTA projects - $3M-$40M
Description
Location: Between Providence and Boston
Hybrid Schedule: Mix of office, work-from-home, and project site
- Leading key projects from start to finish
- Monthly cost to complete/project financial projections
- Overseeing all submittals, RFIs, and change orders
- Leading key projects from start to finish
- Completing projects on time and within/under budget
- Processing/approving project invoices & client requisitions on time
- Positive client feedback/satisfaction
- Effectively collaborating & communicating with internal/external parties
Profile
The ideal Project Manager will have:
- 7-10 years of project management experience at a General Contractor
- Previous experience handling project financials
- Federal/Government project experience
- Strong & polished written and verbal communication skills
Job Offer
Upon offer, the Project Manager will receive:

- Strong base salary up to $180K
