Superintendent - Ground Up Healthcare

Lead a ground-up healthcare build (clinic/medical office/outpatient style), where success requires exceptional coordination, documentation, and quality control. You'll partner with the PM team to manage inspections, specialty trades, and commissioning readiness.

A growing GC/CM delivering complex work in regulated environments, known for strong preconstruction planning, excellent client communication, and disciplined safety/quality execution.

Description

• Build and drive the field plan: logistics, phasing, infection-control awareness (as applicable), QA/QC
• Coordinate MEP-heavy scopes, long-lead deliveries, and owner-furnished items
• Lead safety compliance, toolbox talks, and trade onboarding; maintain clean, inspection-ready site
• Manage schedule milestones, inspections, and closeout documentation turnover
• Run OAC-ready updates with clear progress reporting and risk flags

Profile

• 7+ years in field leadership; healthcare ground-up experience strongly preferred
• Strong MEP coordination skills and comfort with inspection-intensive workflows
• Ability to manage documentation rigor (submittal flow awareness, daily logs, field reports)
• Procore (or equivalent) and scheduling collaboration experience preferred
• OSHA-30 preferred
