Project Manager - St Louis - Local Commercial Construction

The Project Manager will oversee construction projects within the property industry, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This position requires excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders in Saint Louis.

Description

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to execution.
• Will be expected to be on site for 3-5 days per week.
• Oversee projects that are between $10M-$30M in value.
• Majority of work will be on the MO side of the St. Louis area.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress effectively.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
• Manage budgets and ensure resource allocation aligns with project goals.
• Lead project teams and ensure clear communication among all parties involved.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and management.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

• Proven experience managing construction projects within the property industry.
• 3-5+ years of experience as a commercial project manager.
• Looking for a project manager who can independently run projects with little oversight.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to create and execute detailed project plans.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
