Must be a self-starter, able to roll up sleeves and jump in when necessary.
Location: Must be able to commute to Downtown Boston and oversee projects within the 128 belt and surrounding areas (Waltham, Woburn, Wellesley, Weston, Southern MA, RI, NH, ME).

The Senior Project Manager will oversee multiple large-scale corporate interior projects, managing all aspects from budgeting and scheduling to procurement and client relations. This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to independently manage projects while maintaining collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Description
Senior Project Manager - $20M+ Corporate Interiors, Fit outs - Boston, MA - Responsibilities
- Manage and ensure the success of multiple construction projects, with a focus on corporate interiors and tenant improvements.
- Handle all aspects of project management, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, vendor selection, and financial analysis.
- Oversee the project's financial health, reviewing all project documentation, including change orders, bid docs, and vendor qualifications.
- Coordinate project teams, including in-house staff, subcontractors, and project stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
- Engage with clients in a polished, professional manner-presenting, selling, and maintaining strong relationships.
- Review and approve all aspects of project financials, invoices, and payments, negotiating and ensuring timely payments to vendors and subcontractors.
- Report directly to the Head of Operations and work with a dedicated team for project execution.

Job Offer
Senior Project Manager - $20M+ Corporate Interiors, Fit outs - Boston, MA - Will receive
- Base Salary: $175K - $200K
- Annual performance bonus ranging from $8K to over $20K.
