Description
The Structural Concrete Project Manager - Top ENR Firm - Maryland will be responsible for:
- Leading the planning, coordination, and execution of structural concrete projects ranging from $10M to $100M+.
- Managing project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Overseeing subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Collaborating with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams to resolve issues and align project goals.
- Reviewing and interpreting structural drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Monitoring project progress and preparing regular reports for stakeholders.
- Supporting preconstruction efforts including budgeting, estimating, and value engineering.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Driving continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery methods.

Profile
The Structural Concrete Project Manager - Top ENR Firm - Maryland will have:
- 5-10+ years of experience managing large-scale structural concrete projects.
- Proven track record of delivering complex concrete scopes including foundations, slabs, walls, and elevated decks.
- Strong understanding of concrete construction methods, sequencing, and safety protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret structural drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Familiarity with regional subcontractor networks and material suppliers in the Mid-Atlantic area.
