Description

The Structural Concrete Project Manager - Top ENR Firm - Maryland will be responsible for:

• Leading the planning, coordination, and execution of structural concrete projects ranging from $10M to $100M+.
• Managing project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Overseeing subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Collaborating with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams to resolve issues and align project goals.
• Reviewing and interpreting structural drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Monitoring project progress and preparing regular reports for stakeholders.
• Supporting preconstruction efforts including budgeting, estimating, and value engineering.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Driving continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery methods.

Profile

The Structural Concrete Project Manager - Top ENR Firm - Maryland will have:

• 5-10+ years of experience managing large-scale structural concrete projects.
• Proven track record of delivering complex concrete scopes including foundations, slabs, walls, and elevated decks.
• Strong understanding of concrete construction methods, sequencing, and safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Familiarity with regional subcontractor networks and material suppliers in the Mid-Atlantic area.
