Business Development Manager - Construction, HVAC, Data Center
The Business Development Manager will spearhead growth in the data center industry by forging strategic partnerships and driving sales initiatives. The candidate should be knowledgeable about construction and Data Center Builds industry and possess excellent sales acumen.

Description
- Business Development, cold calling and penetrating into the Data Center sector
- Lead and develop strategic partnerships within the data center industry
- Lead a value based sales process
- Drive sales initiatives and achieve set targets
- Manage full sales cycle from cold call, presentations, to close
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver on customer needs
- Regularly report on sales performance and market trends
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies

Profile
A successful 'Business Development Manager - Data Center' should have:
- 7- 10 years of B2B Sales Experience
- 5+ years in Construction / Building Services
- 2+ years in Data Center, Power Generation Builds
- Profound knowledge of the retail industry
- Proven experience in sales and business development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and opportunities
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders
Job Offer
- An estimated salary range of $100,000 to $140,000 base, based on experience + bonus
