Loan Management Consultant

We are seeking a Loan Management Consultant with expertise in the Banking to oversee the bilateral loan origination process.

Our client is a Taiwan‑based commercial bank that provides a broad range of financial services, including commercial, offshore, and overseas branch banking.

Description

• Oversee loan origination process from application to closing.
• Support a team of loan officers.
• Review loan applications and documentation.
• Conduct underwriting assessments to evaluate borrower creditworthiness and risk.
• Manage and oversee loan portfolios to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Analyze loan applications and provide recommendations for approval or adjustments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline loan processing and improve client satisfaction.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for loan transactions and audits.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
• Assist in resolving client inquiries and issues related to loan management.

Profile

A successful Loan Management Consultant should have:

• Work authorization (US citizen or green card holder).
• Bilingual ability in English and Mandarin preferred
• 5+ years of experience at a local banking institution. Previous experience at a Chinese or Taiwanese bank a plus.
• A strong background in the Banking & Financial Services industry, specifically in loan management.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency in relevant financial software and tools.
