Description
As a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager, you'll lead full-cycle civil construction projects across commercial, residential, multifamily, and transportation sectors. You'll manage subcontractors, coordinate with internal estimating and engineering teams, and ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery. The role is based in Woodbridge, VA, with weekly site visits to projects within a 60-mile radius (With majority of projects in Prince William's County). This is a leadership-track role with the opportunity to shape project delivery and team culture.- Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
- Ensure projects are completed within budget, scope, and timeline requirements.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and engineers.
- Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any potential risks or delays.
- Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all projects.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to achieve goals.
- Maintain strong communication and collaboration with all team members and stakeholders.
Profile
A successful Senior Project Manager - Site Development - Woodbridge,VA should have:- Minimum 3 years of full lifecycle project management experience with site development construction
- Background in self-perform contracting and/or subcontractor management.
- Comfortable working in-office 5 days/week with flexible scheduling.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and construction processes.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Job Offer
Senior Project Manager - Site Development - Woodbridge,VA :
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $150,000+ (Dependent on experience)
- Car and gas allowance of $700-$750 per month.
- Performance-based bonus ranging from 2% to 15% of annual salary.

- PTO: 2 weeks paid time off, 1 week sick leave, and an additional week of PTO after 3 years of employment.
