Project Manager - K-12 Construction
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead K-12 construction projects from preconstruction through closeout in Deerfield Beach, Florida. This role is ideal for a construction professional who excels in managing complex, schedule-driven educational facilities.

Description
Manage all phases of K-12 construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractor procurement, and contract administration
Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors
Ensure all work complies with district, state, and safety regulations
Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications
Lead project meetings and coordinate with field teams to maintain schedule and quality
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks
Profile
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
Proven experience managing K-12 or public-sector school projects
Strong knowledge of local building codes, permitting, and school district requirements
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficient with construction management software and scheduling tools
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
