Lead Superintendent- Multifamily

We are seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee large-scale multifamily construction projects from ground-up through completion in the West Palm Beach area. This is a key leadership role for a hands-on construction professional with a proven track record delivering high-quality, on-schedule multifamily developments.

Description

• Lead all on-site construction activities for large multifamily projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance.

• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, field staff, and site operations from site preparation through final turnover.

• Conduct regular site meetings, inspections, and progress reports with the project management team.

• Enforce company safety protocols and OSHA compliance at all times.

• Work closely with project managers and engineers to resolve technical issues and maintain project timelines.

• Ensure that construction documents, drawings, and specifications are adhered to throughout all project phases.

• Serve as the primary on-site representative for clients, inspectors, and consultants.

Profile

• Minimum 10+ years of field supervision experience, including at least 5 years as a Lead Superintendent on multifamily or large commercial projects ($50M+).

• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and subcontractor management.

• Proven experience managing ground-up multifamily projects from start to finish.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.

• Proficient in construction management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar).

• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
