Project Manager - K-12 Construction
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ground-up K-12 construction projects in the Fort Lauderdale area. This role will oversee all phases of delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

They have a consistent pipeline of K-12 work and a reputation for collaborative partnerships with school districts, architects, and consultants.
Description
Manage ground-up K-12 construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and cost controls
Coordinate with owners, school districts, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reporting to internal and external stakeholders
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and local/state regulations
Review and approve submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay applications
Profile
Proven experience as a Project Manager on ground-up K-12 construction projects
Strong understanding of public-sector construction processes and school district requirements
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive projects to successful completion
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Experience working in South Florida is strongly preferred
