Superintendent- Garden Style Multifamily

We're seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee a $50M garden-style multifamily development in West Palm Beach, Florida. This is a great opportunity for a field leader passionate about delivering large-scale residential projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Description

• Oversee all field operations for the $50M garden-style multifamily project from groundbreaking through closeout.

• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, field staff, and daily site activities to ensure schedule and budget adherence.

• Conduct regular site meetings, inspections, and ensure all work meets company and client standards.

• Implement and enforce safety procedures and maintain compliance with OSHA regulations.

• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and other stakeholders to drive progress and resolve field issues promptly.

• Maintain accurate project documentation, daily reports, and schedule updates.

Profile

• Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent in ground-up multifamily or large residential construction.

• Proven track record managing projects $30M+ in size, preferably garden-style or podium multifamily.

• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple subcontractor teams.

• Deep understanding of construction scheduling, safety compliance, and quality control.

• Proficient in construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar).

Job Offer

• Competitive base salary in the range of $130,000-$160,000, depending on experience.
