The LIHTC Affordable Asset Manager/Director will oversee and optimize the performance of a portfolio of affordable housing assets, ensuring compliance with LIHTC regulations. Description

  • Manage a portfolio of affordable housing assets, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with LIHTC requirements.
  • Conduct regular financial analysis, including reviewing operating budgets and variance reports.
  • Collaborate with property managers and stakeholders to address operational challenges and improve property performance.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting to investors, regulatory agencies, and internal teams.
  • Perform site visits and inspections to evaluate property conditions and compliance.
  • Develop strategies to maximize asset value and long-term sustainability.
  • Monitor and address any regulatory or compliance issues related to LIHTC guidelines.
  • Support the acquisition and disposition of assets as needed.

Profile
