The Assistant Superintendent will oversee on-site construction activities for a $95M, 172 Units High End multifamily development.

The firm is one of the nation's largest and most reputable developers working on luxury projects $100M+! They have a secured pipeline of work and are seeking this assistant superintendent to start before Christmas.

Description

• Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and building regulations at all times.
• Monitor the quality of work and materials to meet company standards.
• Assist in resolving any on-site issues that may arise during construction.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers effectively.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Support the implementation of project plans and schedules.

Profile

A successful Assistant Superintendent should have:

• A strong background in multifamily construction
• Be able to proovide a list of 10 references
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and building regulations.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
