Description

• Oversee daily on‑site construction activities, ensuring work progresses safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers, maintaining smooth workflow sequencing.
• Lead on‑site crews, provide guidance, and ensure clear communication among internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct inspections, enforce quality control standards, and quickly address any construction issues.
• Maintain strict safety compliance, run regular safety meetings, and monitor for site hazards.
• Track project progress, adjust schedules as needed, and communicate updates to project managers and clients.
• Manage documentation including daily reports, logs, inspections, and compliance records.
• Support project closeout activities including punch lists, final inspections, and client turnover.

Profile

• 5-10+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent within commercial construction.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage crews, subcontractors, and complex site logistics.
• Expertise in safety management and quality control practices.
• Experience with scheduling, sequencing, and managing fast-paced construction environments.
• Ability to problem-solve quickly and make sound decisions on site.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism when dealing with clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency with construction management software (experience with Procore preferred).
