Total Rewards Manager, $100k-$130k, 3 days onsite Los Alamitos
We're partnering with a growing manufacturing company looking for a Total Rewards Manager to build out and refine their compensation and benefits programs. This person will lead strategy, structure, and execution.
3 days a week in office in Los Alamitos, CA (2 days work from home). $110k-$130k + bonus and great benefits.

Description
- Compensation Strategy: Design and implement compensation structures, job leveling, and pay equity strategies
- Market Analysis & Benchmarking: Conduct salary surveys, analyze market trends, and ensure competitive pay structures
- Salary Planning & Incentives: Lead merit increase cycles, bonus structures, and incentive plan design
- Benefits Oversight: Evaluate and enhance health, wellness, and retirement programs to align with business needs
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure compensation and benefits programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements
- Total Rewards Communication: Educate employees and leadership on total rewards offerings and best practices
- Collaboration with Leadership: Partner with HR, finance, and senior leaders to develop and execute total rewards strategies
- HR Systems & Analytics: Leverage HRIS and compensation tools to drive insights and improve decision-making
Profile
- 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong experience in compensation analysis, market pricing, and pay structure design
- Background in benefits administration and strategy
- Manufacturing industry experience is a plus
- Someone excited to build, refine, and make a real impact
