We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager with experience in industrial construction projects to join our Miami-based team. Description

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing industrial construction projects.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to maintain clear communication and resolve any issues.
• Prepare progress reports, track project milestones, and support on-site inspections for quality control.
• Help identify and manage project risks, proposing effective solutions to avoid delays or cost overruns.

Profile

• 3+ years of experience in project management within industrial construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management software and familiarity with construction documentation.
