Assistant Project manager
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager with experience in industrial construction projects to join our Miami-based team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to large-scale projects, supporting the Project Manager to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

Description
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing industrial construction projects.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to maintain clear communication and resolve any issues.
- Prepare progress reports, track project milestones, and support on-site inspections for quality control.
- Help identify and manage project risks, proposing effective solutions to avoid delays or cost overruns.
Profile
- 3+ years of experience in project management within industrial construction.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency with project management software and familiarity with construction documentation.
