Ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing projects up to $25 million in value, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Any knowledge about infrastructure upgrades is a plus (Chillers, Electrical panels, generators, HVAC units)

The Lead Superintendent will be responsible for:

• Managing and supervising all aspects of commercial construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards
• Collaborating with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution
• Conducting regular on-site inspections to monitor progress, identify, and resolve any construction issues or conflicts
• Coordinating and scheduling construction activities, ensuring optimal resource allocation and sequencing of work
• Maintaining a safe working environment, enforcing compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Fostering strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly
• Mentoring and providing guidance to junior team members, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment

Profile

The right Lead Superintendent has the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lead Superintendent in commercial construction projects
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects up to $25 million in value
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, codes, and regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
• High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed
• Must have an MA-CSL
