Senior Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Our client is growing and seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead key projects from preconstruction through closeout. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a deep understanding of the regulatory, logistical, and technical complexities of building in active healthcare settings.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all phases of construction projects, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget targets are met

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and other stakeholders

• Manage subcontractors and internal teams to ensure high-quality project delivery

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and change management processes

• Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and a collaborative project culture

• Mentor and develop junior project staff and contribute to team growth

Profile

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of construction management experience

• Proven track record of managing complex projects

• Proficiency in project management software (Procore, P6, MS Project, or similar)

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
