Description

The Responsibilities - Commercial Superintendent:

• Directly responsible for managing all construction activities associated with the commercial construction project

• Bringing the project to completion on schedule and within budget

• Enforce all safety policies

• Work closely with the project management team
• Direct oversight of on-site subcontractors

Profile

The Successful Applicant - Commercial Superintendent:

• 7-10+ years of experience as a Superintendent (in Commercial ground-up construction preferred)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• OSHA Certified + Software-savvy

• Experience working on projects valued at $10M+ or more
