CNC Manufacturing Engineer-Industrial Machinery-Clearwater, FL
The CNC Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for developing, improving, and supporting CNC machining processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. This role involves programming, tooling selection, and collaborating with production teams to meet customer specifications and deadlines.

Description
- Develop and optimize CNC machining processes for new and existing products.
- Create and modify CNC programs using CAD/CAM software.
- Select appropriate tooling and fixtures for efficient production.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cycle time and improve quality.

Profile
A successful CNC Manufacturing Engineer should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in CNC programming and process engineering.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, SolidWorks, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of GD&T and machining principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
