The CNC Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for developing, improving, and supporting CNC machining processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. This role involves programming, tooling selection, and collaborating with production teams to meet customer specifications and deadlines.

Description

• Develop and optimize CNC machining processes for new and existing products.
• Create and modify CNC programs using CAD/CAM software.
• Select appropriate tooling and fixtures for efficient production.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cycle time and improve quality.

Profile

A successful CNC Manufacturing Engineer should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in CNC programming and process engineering.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, SolidWorks, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and machining principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
