With headquarters in Arlington, VA, and additional offices across multiple states, they complete over 5,000 homes annually, specializing in multifamily, dormitory housing, and senior living projects. Backed by a 100+ year legacy of quality and innovation, they manage projects ranging from $60M to $200M throughout the DC, Maryland, and Virginia region, utilizing wood frame, concrete, and steel construction.
Description
The Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily/Mixed-use - DC/MD/NoVA will be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
- Ensuring accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
- Monitoring project milestones and progress.
- Attending and contributing to project meetings.
- Managing RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Reporting updates to the Project Manager.
Profile
The Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily/Mixed-use - DC/MD/NoVA will have:
- 1-3 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Background in base building projects.
- Multifamily experience preferred.
- Degree in a construction-related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
