BD Coordinator
This role supports the BD/Marketing team by handling tasks like proofreading, bio updates, Legal 500 drafting, and light pitch work, allowing senior team members to focus on higher-level initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, an excellent writer and proofreader, works independently, and has prior legal marketing experience.

Description
Key Responsibilities for the BD Coordinator:
Draft and assist with Legal 500 submissions using Chambers content as a reference
Proofread and update attorney bios, blogs, newsletters, and client alerts
Provide support on light pitch work and simple marketing materials
Attend select marketing and business development meetings
Handle routine tasks to free up senior team members for higher-level initiatives
Coordinate and execute typical assistant/coordinator-level duties within the BD team
Profile
Bachelor degree, legal and marketing background.
