Description

• Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget control
• Coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, and inspectors to maintain quality and compliance
• Develop and manage project schedules, cost forecasts, and risk mitigation plans
• Oversee procurement, contracts, and change orders to protect project objectives
• Enforce site safety standards and regulatory requirements at all times
• Monitor construction progress and resolve issues to keep projects on track
• Communicate clear status updates to owners, stakeholders, and internal teams
• Deliver projects on time and within budget while meeting client expectations

Profile

• 7+ years of construction industry experience
• Track record of managing and estimating commercial construction projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of relevant safety guidelines and practices
• Education and/or federal experience a plus!
