Project Manager - Family Owned GC - Madison, WI
One of Madison's top family-owned GCs is actively seeking a project manager to join their team. This firm, working in the commercial, industrial, and education sectors, is known for their high levels of stability and employee-centric culture. The client is an award-winning family-owned business that has been building in Dane County for 3 generations. They work in nearly all vertical construction sectors, but their primary focus is in the commercial, industrial, and education spaces.

Description
- Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget control
- Coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, and inspectors to maintain quality and compliance
- Develop and manage project schedules, cost forecasts, and risk mitigation plans
- Oversee procurement, contracts, and change orders to protect project objectives
- Enforce site safety standards and regulatory requirements at all times
- Monitor construction progress and resolve issues to keep projects on track
- Communicate clear status updates to owners, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Deliver projects on time and within budget while meeting client expectations
Profile
- 7+ years of construction industry experience
- Track record of managing and estimating commercial construction projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of relevant safety guidelines and practices
- Education and/or federal experience a plus!

- Base salary of $100-$130K based on qualifications
