Description
- Provide technical design, drawings, and prototype support for new and existing products.
- Design, develop, and test electrical components, equipment, and machinery.
- Support manufacturing processes through improvements, equipment setup, and process flow optimization.
- Inspect and test manufactured products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Review customer BOMs for accuracy and maintain inspection records.
- Assign personnel to tasks based on training and ability.
- Collaborate with other departments to evaluate materials and equipment for compliance with standards (IPC-620, J-Standard, AS9100, ISO).
- Monitor production and inspection activities for adherence to specifications and procedures.
- Train staff on quality standards and certifications, including IPC and ISO requirements.
- Troubleshoot assembly and equipment issues during production.
- Assist in planning and executing internal and external audits, including AS9100.
- Maintain logs and complete required documentation.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience in quality assurance within electronics or manufacturing.
- Familiarity with IPC-620, J-Standard, AS9100, and ISO standards.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to train and mentor team members on quality practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
