Description

  • Provide technical design, drawings, and prototype support for new and existing products.
  • Design, develop, and test electrical components, equipment, and machinery.
  • Support manufacturing processes through improvements, equipment setup, and process flow optimization.
  • Inspect and test manufactured products to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Review customer BOMs for accuracy and maintain inspection records.
  • Assign personnel to tasks based on training and ability.
  • Collaborate with other departments to evaluate materials and equipment for compliance with standards (IPC-620, J-Standard, AS9100, ISO).
  • Monitor production and inspection activities for adherence to specifications and procedures.
  • Train staff on quality standards and certifications, including IPC and ISO requirements.
  • Troubleshoot assembly and equipment issues during production.
  • Assist in planning and executing internal and external audits, including AS9100.
  • Maintain logs and complete required documentation.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in quality assurance within electronics or manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with IPC-620, J-Standard, AS9100, and ISO standards.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to train and mentor team members on quality practices.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
