We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to join a well-established, high-end custom building firm known for its work on luxury homes, renovations, and cutting-edge energy-efficient projects. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of experience in project management with a process-driven background, ideally in high-end commercial construction, and familiarity with Procore.

Description

Project Manager - High End Custom Homes - $165k - Responsibilities

• Manage 2-3 projects simultaneously, ensuring they stay within budget, on schedule, and meet high-quality standards.
• Handle client communications, ordering materials, and scheduling.
• Oversee financials, including budgets and costs, ensuring accurate project tracking.
• Collaborate with site supervisors, lead carpenters, and other stakeholders to maintain project flow.
• Report directly to the Director of Construction.
• Work primarily within the Greater North Shore area (Andover, Topsfield, Lawrence, Southern NH, and Southern Maine)

Profile

Project Manager - High End Custom Homes - $165k -Will have

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in high-end construction.
• Background in commercial or high-end residential construction with projects valued up to $12M.
• Proficiency in Procore and strong computer skills for project management.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, schedules, and project operations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.

Job Offer

Project Manager - High End Custom Homes - $165k - Will receive

• Project Manager: $125,000-$145,000
• Senior Project Manager: $145,000-$165,000
