Lead Superintendent - Ground Up Luxury Multifamily Projects

$140,000 - $170,000/Year

A well-established GC is seeking a Lead Superintendent to spearhead a large wood framed multifamily project in Lexington, MA starting this winter. With additional projects lined up in Swampscott and the North Shore, this is a long-term opportunity with high growth potential

Description

  • Manage daily on-site operations, ensuring construction activities align with project timelines and budgets
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals
  • Oversee site safety, ensuring compliance with all regulations and company policies
  • Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents to guide site activities
  • Resolve on-site issues quickly and efficiently to minimize delays
  • Ensure the highest quality standards are met throughout all phases of the project
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure collaboration

Profile

A successful Lead Superintendent should have:

  • Proven experience in leading construction projects within the business services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Ability to interpret and work from blueprints, project plans, and specifications.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Job Requirements:

roject Manager - Healthcare Projects up to $15M - Manchester, NH will be responsible for:

managing the day-to-day construction of complex projects
ensuring that the project is being completed according to budget and schedule
assisting with the pre-construction process including budget finalization, contracts/awards, material procurement & submittals
overseeing an Assistant Project Manager
coordinating and leading project, client, and architect meetings
acting as the main point of contact for the client
