Description
Estimator will be responsible for the following:
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
- Analyze project requirements, blueprints, and specifications to determine labor, material, and time costs.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to develop budgets and timelines.
- Research and source materials and subcontractor pricing to ensure cost efficiency.
- Track and manage project costs to ensure they remain within budget.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project cost progress to stakeholders.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing and reliable delivery.
- Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and presentations for potential clients.

Profile
A successful Estimator should have:
- A strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and cost estimating principles.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with diverse teams.
- Experience with estimating software and tools.
- A proactive approach to managing multiple projects and deadlines.
