Description

Estimator will be responsible for the following:

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
• Analyze project requirements, blueprints, and specifications to determine labor, material, and time costs.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to develop budgets and timelines.
• Research and source materials and subcontractor pricing to ensure cost efficiency.
• Track and manage project costs to ensure they remain within budget.
• Provide regular updates and reports on project cost progress to stakeholders.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing and reliable delivery.
• Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and presentations for potential clients.
