Description
Oversee day-to-day on-site operations for hospital and medical construction projects
Direct and coordinate subcontractors to maintain schedule, quality, and safety standards
Enforce job site safety protocols and healthcare compliance requirements
Monitor construction progress, proactively resolve issues, and prevent delays
Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and healthcare standards
Coordinate inspections, sequencing, and critical path activities
Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for project teams and stakeholders
Profile
Proven experience as a Superintendent on large hospital or medical projects
Background with a general contractor delivering complex healthcare work
AHCA experience strongly preferred
Strong understanding of healthcare construction requirements and inspections
Ability to manage multiple trades in active or sensitive environments
Strong communication skills and professional on-site leadership
Jacksonville or Northeast Florida project experience preferred
Job Offer
