Healthcare Superintendent - Jacksonville

Description

• Oversee day-to-day on-site operations for hospital and medical construction projects

• Direct and coordinate subcontractors to maintain schedule, quality, and safety standards

• Enforce job site safety protocols and healthcare compliance requirements

• Monitor construction progress, proactively resolve issues, and prevent delays

• Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and healthcare standards

• Coordinate inspections, sequencing, and critical path activities

• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for project teams and stakeholders

Profile

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on large hospital or medical projects

• Background with a general contractor delivering complex healthcare work

• AHCA experience strongly preferred

• Strong understanding of healthcare construction requirements and inspections

• Ability to manage multiple trades in active or sensitive environments

• Strong communication skills and professional on-site leadership

• Jacksonville or Northeast Florida project experience preferred
