They are currently seeking an experienced Drywall Superintendent to oversee commercial drywall installations, ensuring exceptional quality and efficient project execution.

As a Drywall Superintendent, you will be responsible for supervising and managing the drywall installation process for commercial projects. This is a leadership position that requires a detail-oriented professional with experience in managing drywall crews and coordinating with project managers to ensure smooth operations and timely project completion.

Description

• Supervise drywall installation on commercial construction sites, managing crew performance and quality.
• Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders to coordinate project schedules and milestones.
• Ensure all drywall installations meet quality standards, safety protocols, and project specifications.
• Review blueprints and technical drawings to understand project requirements.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient job site, adhering to OSHA safety guidelines and industry standards.
• Resolve any issues that arise during the drywall installation process.
• Monitor progress, provide updates, and report daily on project status to management.
• Ensure proper handling and management of drywall materials and resources, maintaining budget and timeline adherence.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience in drywall installation and supervision, particularly in commercial construction.
• Proven ability to manage and lead teams in large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of drywall installation techniques, materials, and tools.
• In-depth understanding of building codes, construction regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and blueprints.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• OSHA 30-Hour Certification or equivalent safety training.
• Experience working on commercial projects in the West Palm Beach area.
• Familiarity with advanced drywall tools and technologies.
