Superintendent- K-12 Construction

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent with a strong background in K-12 construction projects to lead the on-site execution of educational facility builds and renovations in the Fort Lauderdale area. Description

• Oversee day-to-day job site operations for K-12 school construction and renovation projects

• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors to ensure timely and compliant execution

• Enforce safety protocols and quality control standards across all phases of construction

• Manage scheduling, materials, and workforce to meet project timelines and budget

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with school officials and district representatives

• Lead weekly site meetings and proactively resolve field-related issues

Profile

• 7+ years of superintendent experience, with at least 3 years focused specifically on K-12 construction

• Deep knowledge of Florida building codes, school district requirements, and safety regulations

• Proven ability to lead construction teams and successfully deliver occupied and new school builds

• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a collaborative leadership style

• OSHA 30 certified; State of Florida certifications or DSA experience is a plus
