Lead Superintendent- High Rise Project
An established general contractor in South Florida is seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee ground-up high-rise construction projects from start to finish. This is a key leadership role for someone with a proven track record delivering complex, multi-story developments on time and within budget.

Description
Lead all on-site construction activities for high-rise, ground-up developments
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, engineers, and owners to ensure project alignment
Drive construction schedules and maintain aggressive timelines without compromising quality
Enforce job site safety protocols and maintain compliance with OSHA and local building codes
Supervise and mentor assistant superintendents and field personnel
Manage inspections, quality control, and punch list completion
Maintain daily reports, project logs, and ensure site documentation is up-to-date
Profile
10+ years of superintendent experience, specifically on high-rise, ground-up construction projects
Proven leadership managing all phases of construction from site prep to close-out
Strong technical knowledge of concrete structures, vertical construction sequencing, and MEP coordination
Excellent communication and team management skills
OSHA 30 certification required; additional safety or management training preferred
Resides in or willing to relocate to the Boca Raton area
Job Offer
Competitive base salary of $170,000 - $190,000 depending on experience
