Lead Superintendent- High Rise Project

An established general contractor in South Florida is seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee ground-up high-rise construction projects from start to finish. This is a key leadership role for someone with a proven track record delivering complex, multi-story developments on time and within budget.

Description

• Lead all on-site construction activities for high-rise, ground-up developments

• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, engineers, and owners to ensure project alignment

• Drive construction schedules and maintain aggressive timelines without compromising quality

• Enforce job site safety protocols and maintain compliance with OSHA and local building codes

• Supervise and mentor assistant superintendents and field personnel

• Manage inspections, quality control, and punch list completion

• Maintain daily reports, project logs, and ensure site documentation is up-to-date

Profile

• 10+ years of superintendent experience, specifically on high-rise, ground-up construction projects

• Proven leadership managing all phases of construction from site prep to close-out

• Strong technical knowledge of concrete structures, vertical construction sequencing, and MEP coordination

• Excellent communication and team management skills

• OSHA 30 certification required; additional safety or management training preferred

• Resides in or willing to relocate to the Boca Raton area

Job Offer

• Competitive base salary of $170,000 - $190,000 depending on experience
