Lead Superintendent- Multifamily
We are seeking a seasoned Lead Superintendent to oversee large-scale, high-rise multifamily construction projects in West Palm Beach. This role offers the opportunity to lead from the front on complex, skyline-changing developments while working with a respected general contractor.

Description
Lead day-to-day field operations for high-rise multifamily projects, ensuring work is executed safely, on time, and within budget.
Coordinate all on-site construction activities and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and schedules.
Serve as the primary on-site leader and liaison between project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and ownership.
Enforce safety protocols, quality control procedures, and project documentation standards.
Conduct regular site meetings, manage punch lists, and lead the project through final turnover.
Maintain daily logs and reporting on progress, challenges, and workforce activities.
Profile
Minimum 7+ years of superintendent experience, with at least 3+ years in a lead role on high-rise multifamily projects (10+ stories).
Proven track record managing complex urban projects from groundbreaking through completion.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in scheduling software (such as MS Project or Primavera), document control platforms (Procore, PlanGrid), and a deep understanding of construction sequencing.
OSHA 30 certification required; additional safety training a plus.
Ability to manage high-pressure situations, solve problems effectively, and motivate field teams.
