Lead Superintendent- Multifamily

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Superintendent to oversee large-scale, high-rise multifamily construction projects in West Palm Beach. This role offers the opportunity to lead from the front on complex, skyline-changing developments while working with a respected general contractor.

Description

• Lead day-to-day field operations for high-rise multifamily projects, ensuring work is executed safely, on time, and within budget.

• Coordinate all on-site construction activities and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and schedules.

• Serve as the primary on-site leader and liaison between project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and ownership.

• Enforce safety protocols, quality control procedures, and project documentation standards.

• Conduct regular site meetings, manage punch lists, and lead the project through final turnover.

• Maintain daily logs and reporting on progress, challenges, and workforce activities.

Profile

• Minimum 7+ years of superintendent experience, with at least 3+ years in a lead role on high-rise multifamily projects (10+ stories).

• Proven track record managing complex urban projects from groundbreaking through completion.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in scheduling software (such as MS Project or Primavera), document control platforms (Procore, PlanGrid), and a deep understanding of construction sequencing.

• OSHA 30 certification required; additional safety training a plus.

• Ability to manage high-pressure situations, solve problems effectively, and motivate field teams.
