Lead Superintendent- Multifamily Construction
We are seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee a ground-up high-rise multifamily project in Boca Raton, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all field operations and ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Description
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the job site, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence
Lead and coordinate all subcontractors, field personnel, inspections, and logistics
Serve as the primary site-based contact for owners, developers, and design consultants
Implement and enforce site safety programs and conduct daily safety meetings
Review drawings, schedules, and specifications to ensure alignment across trades
Manage project documentation, RFIs, change orders, and daily reporting
Drive project milestones and proactively resolve field issues to avoid delays
Profile
Minimum 10 years of experience in construction supervision, with at least 5 years as Lead Superintendent on high-rise multifamily projects (10+ stories)
Strong understanding of structural concrete, MEP systems, and building envelope installation
Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage large field teams
OSHA 30 certification required; First Aid/CPR and other safety credentials are a plus
Proficient in Procore, Microsoft Project, and construction scheduling software
Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure environments and meet aggressive deadlines
Job Offer
Competitive base salary ranging from $130,000 to $160,000, depending on experience
