Lead Superintendent- High Rise Building

We are seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee a high-rise multifamily construction project in Boca Raton, Florida. This leadership role is ideal for a hands-on professional passionate about delivering complex projects on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Description

• Lead all field operations for a high-rise multifamily project from groundbreaking through final delivery.

• Manage daily site activities to ensure the project stays on schedule and meets all quality and safety standards.

• Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors, project managers, architects, and ownership teams.

• Proactively identify potential issues and implement solutions to maintain progress and minimize risks.

• Oversee inspections, enforce safety compliance, and ensure all work adheres to plans and specifications.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to assistant superintendents and field staff.

Profile

• 10+ years of superintendent experience, with a proven track record managing high-rise multifamily projects (10+ stories).

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Extensive knowledge of construction practices, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

• Proficiency with project management tools and reporting.

• Ability to foster a collaborative environment while maintaining authority and project discipline.
