Lead Superintendent- High Rise Building
We are seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee a high-rise multifamily construction project in Boca Raton, Florida. This leadership role is ideal for a hands-on professional passionate about delivering complex projects on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Description
Lead all field operations for a high-rise multifamily project from groundbreaking through final delivery.
Manage daily site activities to ensure the project stays on schedule and meets all quality and safety standards.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors, project managers, architects, and ownership teams.
Proactively identify potential issues and implement solutions to maintain progress and minimize risks.
Oversee inspections, enforce safety compliance, and ensure all work adheres to plans and specifications.
Provide leadership and mentorship to assistant superintendents and field staff.
Profile
10+ years of superintendent experience, with a proven track record managing high-rise multifamily projects (10+ stories).
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Extensive knowledge of construction practices, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Proficiency with project management tools and reporting.
Ability to foster a collaborative environment while maintaining authority and project discipline.
